RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Number You Carry.
PHYSICAL EDITION
Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition in which it was received and must not be damaged through use or improper handling. Proof of purchase may be required.
Before returning any item, please contact us at thenumberyoucarry@gmail.com. Do not send a return without contacting us first. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item where permitted by applicable law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at thenumberyoucarry@gmail.com and include your order number and photographs showing the issue.
If the claim is accepted, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy at no additional cost to you, as required by applicable law.
DIGITAL EDITION
Because the Digital Edition is delivered electronically and may be available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
Customers who have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content retain that right unless and until the requirements for losing that right under applicable law have been satisfied.
Where required by law, immediate delivery of digital content will only begin after the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that beginning the download or delivery may result in the loss of the applicable right of withdrawal.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Physical orders may be cancelled before fulfillment or production begins. Once production or fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Digital orders cannot normally be cancelled after the digital content has been delivered or accessed, subject to applicable consumer rights.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After a refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
EUROPEAN UNION AND OTHER STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws that apply to your purchase.
Customers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions, including certain rules relating to digital content.
